30 Day Push-Up Challenge

Is everyone else developinghealthy andproductive hobbies and habits during quarantine, but you're still in the same place you were last year? Let's change that.

How does it work?

(It's pretty simple, actually)
1. Commit
Start by committing to a goal that you'll do everyday.
2. Do push-ups
Do push-ups everyday toward your goal then check-in your progress.
3. Complete & Repeat
After you meet your monthly goal, complete it and start a new one.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will I really see results after 30 days?
Honestly? Probably not. You may see minor physical differences in 30 days, but real change requires time and commitment. The mental and energy benefits are immediate.
How many pushups do I have to do each day?
You choose what's right for you, there's no requirement. The goal is to build a healthy habit and, hopefully, encourage you to include other exercises into your routine.
Do I fail if I miss a day?
No, rest and recovery is a natural part of exercise. Missing a day does not disqualify you from accomplishing the goal. The goal is accomplished over a 30 day period.
What do I need to do to complete the challenge?
Your daily goal is extrapolated to be accomplished over 30 days. For example, if I set a goal to do 100 pushups every day for 30 days, then the goal is completed so long as I do 3,000 pushups in 30 days.
What if I fall too far behind?
If you fall too far behind, you have the option of canceling your goal and creating a new one, starting fresh back at day one.
What is the point of this challenge?
This is an easy introductory to starting a workout routine. Most people aren't diciplined enough to commit to something as simple as a few days of push-ups.
